January is Mental Wellness Awareness Month. That means it is a good time to consider how important it is to take care of our own mental health, especially seeing how common it is to deal with a wide range of mental health issues and disorders in school and at home.  Bucyrus City Schools’ Social Emotional Learning Awareness and Prevention Coordinator, Brooke Woodrum says she hears that stress is a common issue amongst students she has worked with at Bucyrus Secondary.  Here is a resource from the National Institute of Mental Health that can help students better identify their stress and help work towards solutions.
